Natalie Linville-Mass, President of Media Link, Inc., has been in the media field for more than 25 years. She graduated from Drake University with a degree in Broadcast Sales and Management. Natalie has successfully grown Media Link over the past 15 years through her consultation, media placement and development of Media Link Software™. Prior to opening her business, she worked throughout the Midwest in radio and television holding positions including commercial producer, DJ, reporter, editor, producer and account executive. Nationally, she’s worked with The Water Foundation and then helped to launch a PR Campaign for Earth 911, out of Phoenix, AZ. On top of running her advertising agency, Natalie is currently on the board of The Arc of the Quad Cities Area, developed and runs a Women’s Executive Group dedicated to supporting the advancement of our Quad Cities female executives, is serving on the Business Advocacy Council and Quad City Airport Committee through the Quad City Chamber, is a past board member of Workforce Investment for Rock Island, Henry and Mercer County, Living Lands & Waters and the Quad Cities Advertising Federation. She’s also been awarded the 2012 Iowa Governor’s Volunteer Award for her long-standing service to Big Brothers, Big Sisters, as well as a 2005 Davenport One Women In Business Advocate of the Year and named a 2003 Quad-City Business Journal Top 40 under 40. She is a 2015 Athena Award Nominee. She has also volunteered as a guest speaker for Marketing and Small Business classes at Ashford University, Augustana College, Blackhawk College, Drake University, The Quad Cities Chamber, Scott Community College, St. Ambrose University, University of Iowa and Western Illinois University. Natalie has two wonderful children and a very supportive husband.
Adrian Wille, Marketing Consultant at Media Link, graduated from Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg with a Master’s Degree in Economic Development and International Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business & Economics and Area Studies. Adrian contributes to Media Link’s marketing and advertising operations by providing an interdisciplinary, multicultural, and international perspective. His focus areas are market research, digital advertising, and government contracting. He has gained early marketing experience during his studies as a Graduate Student Research Assistant in the field of macro-marketing and by interning in Nuremberg and Berlin. He later accepted a position as a Project Manager at a business consultancy in Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt, where he contributed to the foundation of a transnational startup. He eventually moved to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to conduct research on the Capital’s real estate market. Adrian is actively involved in our community. He is a Board Member of the German American Heritage Center in Davenport, Vice President and Board Member of the Palomares Social Justice Center in Moline and serves on the Young Professionals of the Quad Cities’ Professional Development Committee. Adrian is additionally a member of the American-Scandinavian Association at Augustana College, volunteers at the Komen Quad Cities Race for the Cure and is a proud AIESEC alumnus.
Jennifer Carter, Marketing Consultant, brings over 20 years of combined marketing, sales, customer service, event planning, and management experience to Media Link, Inc. She graduated from Bellevue University in Omaha with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Media Link, Jennifer had a successful career working with Lee Enterprises for 12 years; 4 of those years at The Pantagraph in Bloomington, Illinois and 8 most recently at the Quad-City Times in Davenport, Iowa. Over the years, Jennifer has taken on multiple roles in advertising sales and sales management. She not only developed a great understanding of clients’ needs, she has helped develop and implement many successful print, digital and social media campaigns and long term relationships. In addition, her role in event planning has been pivotal, as she helped orchestrate the media partnerships, sales, marketing and event planning for the well-attended career fairs in the Quad Cities from 2009-2016. Jennifer has been a member of the Great River Human Resource Association since 2013 and has served on the new membership committee from 2014-2016. Jennifer was also a “Big Sister” in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters lunch buddy program for 2 years.
Ben Wildner, Marketing Assistant at Media Link, graduated from Drake University with a BSBA and double majors in Marketing with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications and a second major in Radio/TV Production. He helps the Media Link team manage ongoing campaigns and is a lead asset on Social Media strategy. Ben is a newcomer to the Quad Cities, originating from Muskego Wisconsin who is quickly becoming a part of the local sports scene as an official and growing more involved with additional community organizations. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and the National Association of Sports Officials. Ben has had communications experience working in government organizations, non-profits large and small, health care, television and radio.
