Natalie Linville-Mass

Natalie Linville-Mass ImageNatalie Linville-Mass, President of Media Link, Inc., has been in the media field for more than 25 years.  She graduated from Drake University with a degree in Broadcast Sales and Management and has successfully grown Media Link through her expert consultation, media placement and development of Media Link Software™.  Prior to opening her business, she worked throughout the Midwest in radio and television holding positions including commercial producer, DJ, reporter, editor, producer and account executive. She worked with The Water Foundation and helped launch a PR Campaign for Earth 911 out of Phoenix, AZ. Her experience enabled her to grow her business to include hundreds of clients and several employees.

In addition to helping clients connect the spots, Natalie is heavily involved in community development and advertising, PR and entrepreneurial support organizations. She developed a Women’s Executive Group dedicated to supporting the advancement of female executives in the Quad Cities, which she continues to lead today. Natalie also volunteers her time on boards and committees, including those within The Moline Foundation and the Quad Cities Chamber. Local colleges, universities and business organizations welcome her presentations about marketing and small business. She always makes time for her two wonderful children and supportive husband.

Her dedication has been recognized through numerous award nominations and honors, including the 2012 Iowa Governor’s Volunteer Award for her long-standing service to Big Brothers, Big Sisters. In 2005, she was named the Davenport One Women In Business Advocate of the Year. She is also a 2015 Athena Award Nominee.

Adrian Wille, Senior Marketing Consultant

Adrian Wille ImageAdrian graduated from Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg with a Master’s Degree in Economic Development and International Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing & Economics/Area Studies.

Adrian contributes to our marketing and advertising operations by providing an interdisciplinary, multicultural and international perspective. His focus areas are market research, digital advertising and government contracting.

After interning in Nuremberg and Berlin, he worked as a Project Manager at a business consultancy in Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt, where he contributed to the foundation of a transnational startup. He later moved to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to conduct research on the Capital’s real estate market.

Adrian is actively involved in our community, serving as a Board Member of the German American Heritage Center in Davenport and Vice President and Board Member of the Palomares Social Justice Center in Moline. He also serves on the Young Professionals of the Quad Cities’ Professional Development Committee. Adrian is a member of the American-Scandinavian Association at Augustana College, Komen Quad Cities Race for the Cure volunteer and a proud AIESEC alumnus.

Jennifer Carter, Senior Marketing Consultant

Jennifer brings over 20 years of combined marketing, sales, customer service, event planning and management experience to our team.  She graduated from Bellevue University in Omaha with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Media Link, Jennifer had a successful career working with Lee Enterprises for 12 years; 4 of those years at The Pantagraph in Bloomington, Illinois and 8 at the Quad-City Times in Davenport. Over the years, Jennifer has taken on multiple roles in advertising sales and sales management. She not only developed a great understanding of clients’ needs, she has helped develop and implement many successful print, digital and social media campaigns and long-term relationships. In addition, her role in event planning has been pivotal, as she helped orchestrate the media partnerships, sales, marketing and event planning for the well-attended career fairs in the Quad Cities from 2009-2016.

Jennifer has been a member of the Great River Human Resource Association since 2013 and has served on the new membership committee from 2014-2016.  Jennifer was also a “Big Sister” in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters lunch buddy program for 2 years.

Ben Wildner, SEO Consultant

Ben Wildner ImageBen graduated from Drake University with a BSBA and double majored in Marketing with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications and a second major in Radio/TV Production.

He helps the Media Link team manage ongoing campaigns and is a lead asset on Social Media strategy.

Ben is a newcomer to the Quad Cities, originating from Muskego, Wisconsin. He is quickly becoming a part of the local sports scene as an official and growing more involved with additional community organizations. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and the National Association of Sports Officials. Ben has acquired communications experience working in government organizations, non-profits, health care, television and radio.

Brad Sapp, Lead Software Developer

Brad is our lead software developer for Media Link Software™ and supports Media Link by focusing on websites, apps, and managing our software developer interns. He has more than 6 years of experience developing apps. His goal is to provide clients with the best customer experience while managing IT related projects. With the heart of a teacher, he enjoys not only making clients’ dreams a reality, but also empowering them with the knowledge and tools to understand projects and how they work.
